Unemployment

I quit my job a week and a half ago. Overall, I enjoyed it, but unemployment is even better.

Today I woke up at 12:00, went back to my place, went to Tien Mu (a district a little north of Taipei City), went to a bank, then went to Danshui, ate at Eddy's and hung out for a little, played basketball with a couple of Guys I used to work with, Mike and Phil, hung out, then came back home.

Rory was here for a while, I became unemployed during the second half of his visit. We hung out around the city and went to the south for a little. We stayed in Kenting for 2 nights, google it to see some pictures, and then Gaoshiung for a night. Kenting is a really nice beach town and Gaoshiung is a pretty cool city in southern Taiwan. I had never been to Gaoshiung, I was really impressed.

Other than that I've just been hanging out, studying Chinese, watching a lot of Lost and resting. Vacation is nice.

I had a good day today.

Just now, Bill and I were talking on AIM and he gave me a link to Chase's blog. It might be the best thing I have ever read. He really is The Man.
